- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 flatbread
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 cup fresh spinach, torn
- 1/2 sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your ingredients: slice garlic and red onion, tear spinach, and crumble feta.
- Assemble the flatbread pizza: place flatbread on parchment, spread mozzarella, and layer garlic, red onion, spinach, feta, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 4-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with olive oil, slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
Notes
