Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; whisk together.
- Add cubed butter and cut into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fold in peaches and peach preserves gently.

Notes
