- 2 small jalapeno peppers

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
- Dice one jalapeno finely and slice the other into thin rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Incorporate the Greek yogurt into the dry mixture and mix until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced jalapeno and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Divide the dough and shape each portion into a bagel ring.
- Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg, and top with sliced jalapeno and cheese.
