A delightful sheet pan meal featuring succulent sausages, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, glazed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces chicken or turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick spray.
  3. Spread the sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets evenly across the sheet pan.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey garlic glaze evenly over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Toss until coated.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
  7. Sprinkle freshly minced parsley over the top before serving.
