- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking dish by greasing a 9×13 inch dish or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter until creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Once cooled, spread the frosting over the bars and cut into squares or rectangles for serving.
