Description

Delightful dessert combining caramelized peaches with creamy ice cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Fresh Peaches
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cups Ice Cream
  • 1 handful Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered sides of the peaches.
  7. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  9. Prepare serving plates with a scoop of ice cream.
  10. Place the grilled peach halves on top of the ice cream.
  11. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
