- 4 medium Fresh Peaches
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Ice Cream
- 1 handful Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered sides of the peaches.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare serving plates with a scoop of ice cream.
- Place the grilled peach halves on top of the ice cream.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
