Description

Delicious and quick chocolate crunch bars that require no baking, ideal for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Nut Butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Stir in the nut butter until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold the crispy rice cereal into the chocolate mixture until every piece is coated.
  5. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press down to form an even layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, lift out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For softer bars, add a tablespoon of coconut oil before melting the chocolate. Optional mix-ins like mini chocolate chips or nuts can enhance flavor.
