- 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 1 cup Nut Butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in the nut butter until the mixture is creamy.
- Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Fold the crispy rice cereal into the chocolate mixture until every piece is coated.
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press down to form an even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
For softer bars, add a tablespoon of coconut oil before melting the chocolate. Optional mix-ins like mini chocolate chips or nuts can enhance flavor.
