Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Fresh Peaches
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash, peel, and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour melted butter into the dry mixture and mix until crumbly.
  6. Transfer peach mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the peaches.
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
