Description

A delightful treat combining creamy white chocolate with tart cranberries and crunchy pistachios, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped or in chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until completely set.
  7. Break into irregular pieces and store in an airtight container or serve immediately.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract or drizzle melted chocolate over the hardened bark.
