- 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped or in chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until completely set.
- Break into irregular pieces and store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
Notes
