- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 fully cooked turkey sausage links
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Maple syrup (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then set aside.
- Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it into eight triangles on a clean work surface.
- On the wide end of each triangle, place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and one turkey sausage link.
- Roll the dough over the filling from the wide end, wrapping it around the sausage, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crescents are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally with maple syrup on the side.
Notes
These can be prepared ahead of time and baked fresh right before serving. Customize fillings as desired.
